Welcome to the beach!!! Why rent a crowded noisy high rise condo, when you can park under cover at the door & step into your own private duplex townhouse retreat? Our spacious townhome is on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach; away from all the large condo crowds but still close to all the fun & excitement at Pier Park. And it’s only a short 200 steps to our Laguna Beach access. Beach goers here are visitors from our complex or the single family homes along this beautiful stretch of the beach. So, there’s plenty of room for you to stake your own spot along the emerald green gulf. The unit has new appliances & furniture. The doors have keyless entry locks and, the exterior codes are changed between every guest. So, there’s no hassle with keeping up with your keys at the beach.

This is a very flexible rental and offers three bedrooms on three levels to meet the needs of single couples, multiple families, or large extended families. From a common entrance, the ground floor studio apartment can be locked off with its own kitchen, queen bed, sleeper sofa and bath to sleep two-four people. The upper two floors then become a separate condo, complete with kitchen, washer/dryer, two living areas & two balconies, two bedrooms and two baths that sleeps 10. This allows you to rent the unit that suits your group size. Or, you can rent them both to have almost 2000 sq ft. of roominess with three bedrooms, three baths, sleeping up to 14 people. This is a great set up for extended families with grandparents or guests requiring first floor accommodations. The large second floor great room is a common area for all to gather for meals or other group activities.

The townhome has everything you need for your stay. Dishes, coffee makers, blenders, iron/ ironing boards, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. All sheets are 400-500 thread count and bedding is hypo-allergenic. Wifi throughout the whole condo. A collection of games and DVDs is available for your use.

We are only three miles down the street from Pier Park, with over 200 shops, restaurants, a kids’ amusement park & state of the art 16-plex Theater. Many shops you know like Target, Dillards, Old Navy, Cold Water Creek and so many more local specialty shops!!! There are plenty of restaurants a few chains are: Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, Outback Steakhouse, Five Guys Burgers, Olive Garden, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Panera Bread, some of the local restaurants are: The Back Porch, Reggae J’s Island Grill, Hook’d Pier Grill, Cantina Bar & Grill, Dick’s Last Resort and many more. A few of the kid’s rides are from the old Miracle Strip park that many parents remember from their youth here at the beach, other rides & amusements are brand new to the area.

Things to do in the area : Frank Brown Park (2 ½ miles) with baseball fields, playgrounds, fishing and picnic areas, and an aquatic center (indoor pool & kid’s water park). Boaters are within two miles of the boat ramp at Lake Powell. City Fishing Pier across from Pier Park (3 miles) short 3mile drive to 30A where you’ll find the communities of Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach & more. We are just minutes to SHIPWRECK ISLAND WATER PARK, GULF WORLD AQUARIUM, Hombre Golf Course/Bay Point Golf Resort, St. Andrew's State Park, Shell Island, carpet golf courses and many water activities such as parasailing and jet ski rentals. The popular SILVER SANDS OUTLET MALL is west on Hwy 98 near Destin about 30 min drive.

Nearby : One of the local favorites Thomas’s Donuts is two blocks away, they have awesome donuts, breakfast & lunch eats, even a new ice cream treat stand.
